Generality: The fastening system FMN, CE certified in accordance with ETAG 014: 2011, is used for the installation of insulation systems (ETICS = External Thermal Insulation Composite System). The anchor consists of a HDPE plug and a PA6 fiberglass reinforced fiber pin which provers to be very resistant on impact with the hammer.

Technical data: Materials: Plug in neutral PEHD (High Density Polyethylene). Pin in black PA6 30% GF (30% glass fiber reinforced nylon 6)

Installation: The laying of the anchor occurs after gluing the insulation panel on the wall (the glue must be hardened). A hole is made with the drill with a 10 mm drill bit of the appropriate depth and then you insert the anchor in the hole. After you can fit the nylon pin in the plug with a hammer so as to cause the expansion of the plug. The pin must be fully inserted in the plug to get adequate support. The spacing between the plugs and the distance from the edge should be at least 100 mm. The number of anchors per square meters depends on the type of panel, by its thickness and by the supporting masonry, in respect of the admissible loading values load permissible values given above.
