In full compliance with the provisions of Article 49, paragraph 1), letter h) of Legislative Decree No. 21/2014, the Buyer has a period of 14 (fourteen) working days to return, at their own expense, the Products. This period starts from the day of delivery of the order.
In the event of a confirmed breach of the provisions of Article 49, paragraph 1), letter h) of Legislative Decree No. 21/2014, pursuant to Article 53 of the aforementioned decree, the withdrawal period granted to the Buyer shall be extended to twelve months from the end of the initial withdrawal period. In the case of the purchase of multiple Products delivered at different times, the above period shall begin from the receipt of the last item covered by the Purchase Order.
Instructions for exercising the right of withdrawal in cases provided for by the Consumer Code
In compliance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, following the procedures and timelines set out in this Section.
If they wish to exercise this right of withdrawal, the Consumer must notify within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of delivery of the purchased product, without having to specify any reason, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, or via email provided that it is confirmed with acknowledgment of receipt within 48 (forty-eight) hours, to the addresses listed below.
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must return the purchased product on www.bartolucci.store to the addresses listed below within the same 14 (fourteen) day period from the delivery date of the item.
The substantial integrity of the returned product is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
However, it is sufficient that the Product is returned in a normal state of preservation, as it may have been used with normal diligence.

Consequences of withdrawal
If the Consumer has exercised the right of withdrawal in accordance with the above provisions, the services already received by the Consumer and/or Bartolucci S.r.l. must be returned. The refund of the price paid by the Consumer will be made by Bartolucci S.r.l., provided that the product has been returned by the Consumer within 100 (one hundred) days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notification.
Shipping costs for returning the product are borne by the Buyer.
Instructions for exercising the extended right of withdrawal for the consumer
If the Consumer intends to exercise the right of withdrawal, Bartolucci S.r.l. Products must be returned:
- properly packaged in their original packaging
- in perfect resalable condition (not damaged, broken, or dirty)
- with the delivery document (included in the original packaging), to allow Bartolucci S.r.l. to identify the consumer (order number, name, surname, and address)
- without obvious signs of use, other than those compatible with a normal test of the item. In other words, they must not show prolonged use exceeding the time necessary for testing and must not be in a condition that prevents resale.
Product return procedures to Bartolucci S.r.l.
Bartolucci S.r.l. suggests using the affiliated courier GLS for returning purchased products, to make it easier for the Consumer to exercise the Right of Withdrawal. If the Consumer decides to use the suggested courier GLS, they will not have to pay for the return shipping personally. Bartolucci S.r.l. will pay the courier on behalf of the Consumer, deducting a sum of €10.00 (VAT included) from the refund, and will book the pickup to allow the Consumer to return the product conveniently from their home or the address indicated for the pickup. This shipping method also allows tracking of the package at any time, freeing the Consumer from any liability in case of loss or damage of the Products during transport.
If the Consumer decides to use a courier other than GLS, they must personally pay for and deliver the package to the chosen courier, and they will bear the responsibility in case of loss or damage of the package during transport. It is understood that in this case, the full amount will be refunded.
If the returned Product does not comply with the provisions of the previous paragraph, the return will not be valid.
Bartolucci S.r.l. will initiate the refund procedure for the product price for which the withdrawal was exercised, within 14 days from the receipt of the email notification and/or receipt of the product, provided that all occurs within the terms indicated above.
