Milled washer for fixing coupled sheets

Thanks to its special shape, the FTT washer is used for the installation on mural supports or walls of pre-coupled slabs (composed of insulating and gypsum fibre). The FTT plug consists of a glass fibre reinforced PA66 disc, which has a double function: it is used both as a fixing system and as a cutting tool.
Thanks to its ribs, the rotation of the disc, is able to remove the material from the surface flushing it down the wall by placing a screwdriver in the central hexagonal impression.
The combination of a FTT washer, an expansion plug (Bartolucci’s FZTASS08 plug recommended) and a 5 mm chipboard screw of adequate length produces the FTTVTFZ system.
